ElitAvia partnered with JetGlobe to offer Turkish AOC.
JetGlobe received the Turkish AOC certificate in 2008. With the certificate, we were able to list our aircraft types and registrations for which purpose and in which field – specific airports or geographical regions we will be using. We benefited from handling and fuel services at more affordable prices. We have our own hangar at Istanbul Atatürk Airport.

Michel Coulomb
Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board
A widely recognised leader in the business aviation industry, Michel founded Elit’Avia in 2006 and previously held positions of Chief Pilot and Chief Operational Officer for one of the largest fleets in Europe. Michel is an experienced and passionate pilot, having flown over 10,000 hours. He also has over 18 years of experience in successfully managing a variety of businesses in different locations around the world. As the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Elit’Avia, Michel provides the clear focus and insistence on safety, quality and customer satisfaction that ensures Elit’Avia consistently deliver over and above our customers’ expectations.
Iain Houseman
Chief Operating Officer
With 10 years of aviation consultancy experience Iain now supports Elit’Avia as the chief Operating Officer. Iain previously served as a strategic commander in Surrey Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS), UK, before retiring in July 2018. He delivered strategic projects, 24/7 organisational resource management across staff groups, coordinating staff and the emergency response fleet availability while ensuring technical contributions to National Resilience program. He worked with the Civil Aviation Authority and other government departments and chaired the South-east of England regional Inter Agency Liaison Officers (NILO) board, spending 12 years as a member of the National board developing and implementing policies and procedures for supporting Counter Terrorism Security and Multi Agency emergency service’s response. Iain is completing his Master’s degree in Systems Thinking in Practice and is a director and advisor in other commercial concerns.
