Elitavia Malta Ltd., a private aviation company specialising in aircraft management and charter sales is looking for EASA Part-66 B1 or B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with already previous experience and type ratings on licence. Type Rating will be provided to the right candidate.
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer will be reporting directly to the Elitavia Maintenance Control Center and/or CAMO. The candidate will be predominantly act as a Certifying Staff performing maintenance on the particular aircraft and issuing a certificate of realise to service. This shall include but not limited to Line maintenance, Servicing, Airframe/Engines/Cabin defect rectification. He will follow all the required internal procedures completing all the aircraft documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner. He/she will ensure compliance with safety directives and application of safe working methods. The main responsibilities will be, line and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring all maintenance is carried out on time to an approved standard within the remits of the regulation.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Valid EASA Part 66 B1 or B1/B2 license with documented experience on the type or similar aircraft types ratings.
- Equivalent FAA A&P Licence and/or San Marino validation based on an AML may be considered.
- More than 2 years experience holding Certifying staff privileges.
- Current EWIS, FTS and HF training.
- Effective team player however also able to work independently.
- Based in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
- Willing to travel to support aircraft inside/outside Russia.
- Clean criminal record and able to obtain VISA for business travel.
- Very fluent in written and spoken English.

These are, but not limited to, fleet technical management of operated aircraft within MCC being the focal point for Elit’Avia departments / flight crew, managing and coordinating scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, ensuring all maintenance is carried out on time to an approved standard within the remits of the regulations, introduction of aircraft whilst maintaining a high level of compliance and safety in all airworthiness functions.
Requirements:
- Documented experience in aviation maintenance and/or airworthiness management
- Understanding of Continuing Airworthiness regulations within an AOC environment
- Fluent written and spoken English – report writing
- Familiar with EASA Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-21
- Engineering degree and/or EASA Part-66 licence and associated management studies supplementing the post
- Based in Malta Office however willing to travel to fulfil airworthiness functions during maintenance / ARC inspections and audits
- Support the CAMO Compliance and Safety Departments as required
- A can-do approach is a must whilst able to solve operational / airworthiness / engineering problems
- Able to work as a team member but also excelling in managing individual projects, promoting Elit’Avia’s growth and candidates’ career evolvement

Elitavia Malta Ltd., a private aviation company specialising in aircraft management and charter sales is looking for a full time Client Services Team Member to work in our Malta Office located near Safi Aviation Park or in our office in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
You will be the first point of contact between our High-End Clients and Elitavia’s internal departments, responsible for coordination of flight preparation process and general day-to-day communication about Aircraft operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaison between our High-End Client’s PAs and the Company
- Communicating aircraft schedule and Client’s requirements connected to the schedule throughout internal departments and in return, feeding the information about aircraft flight operations back to the Client
- Working efficiently with flight scheduling system, inserting flight schedule and passenger details, and producing required Client’s documentation related to flights
- Ordering ground transportation for Clients at destinations worldwide
- Managing passenger documents, including COVID-19 documentation, as required
- Maintaining updated database of Clients and their general requirements
- Maintaining excellent Customer Relations
- Translating information from English to native language of the Client (when required)
- Relay information about maintenance schedules
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or in Business Aviation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team-player
- A highly process driven approach to problem solving
- Ability to work under high pressure and make independent decisions based on the information available
- Be able to understand different departments processes and streamline communication towards the Client
- Strong willingness to learn and understand the basics around Aircraft Operations
- Ability to work in a Team, being able to transfer efficient and concise information between Team Members during duty handover
- Having a can-do-attitude in solving issues with parallel tasks being managed concurrently
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent Online and Phone Etiquette
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and Russian (preferably native)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic software
