To our Valued Clients,
As the worldwide Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak continues, I would like to share how we are managing the situation at Elit’Avia.
First, let me underline – our top priority is and will always be, the health and safety of our clients, employees, families and the greater community.
We are closely monitoring and integrating health advisories and guidance from international, regional and national agencies including the World Health Organization (WHO), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA).
According to most recent information from international, regional and national agencies, the immediate risk of being exposed to this virus is thought to be low for most people. However, in-line with current guidance, there are additional steps that we are actively taking to further reduce risk when flying with our dedicated team.
All aircraft managed by Elit’Avia have been issued guidance, prevention and sterilization kits. Aircraft are disinfected after each flight.
Elit’Avia crews have been briefed on where to stay while on-duty. Elit’Avia will not overnight in areas with quarantines or flight restrictions.
Aircraft are operating with additional fuel to facilitate diverts should circumstances change in-flight.
Pilots, crews and passengers must meet temperature and health guidelines 24 hours prior to departure and again immediately prior to departure.
The Elit’Avia team is meeting daily to assess flight plans, crews, passengers, destinations, route restrictions and other considerations.
Every 48 hours, senior managers re-examine current planning with our international partners based on evolving regulatory guidance and travel restrictions.
Contingency planning includes provisions for staff to work remotely to further reduce potential risk of interruption to service.
We will continue to offer our signature personalized service throughout this challenging period. Additionally, we remain agile and very sensitive to the dynamic nature of this situation. Operations will continue to evolve and we will inform you of any changes to our services. Once again, our top priority is the health and safety of our clients, employees, families and the greater community.
Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Thank you for your understanding and support,
