About the Role

We are seeking a polished, discreet and service-driven Cabin Crew professional with a strong background in private/VVIP aviation to deliver an exceptional standard of service to high-profile passengers in a demanding and highly confidential environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless, refined and highly personalised onboard experience, from pre-flight preparation through to post-flight duties, while always upholding the highest standards of safety.

What we offer:

Roster: 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off

Aircraft Base: Worldwide

Holding additional visas will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out all safety and emergency duties in line with applicable regulations and company procedures
  • Coordinating catering, menu planning and special passenger requests with premium catering providers
  • Preparing the cabin prior to passenger arrival and maintaining impeccable cabin presentation throughout the flight
  • Delivering restaurant-level food and beverage service, including preparation, plating and presentation of meals onboard
  • Managing onboard supplies, inventory and cabin equipment
  • Ensuring every detail of the passenger experience meets the standards expected in a VVIP private aviation environment

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Cabin Crew within Private / VIP / VVIP aviation
  • Experience onboard large-cabin business jets
    Valid EASA Cabin Crew
  • Attestation (CCA) preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of VVIP service standards and luxury hospitality
    Strong knowledge of fine dining service, table setting, presentation and etiquette
  • Wine knowledge and confidence in selection, pairing, presentation and service (formal sommelier training is an advantage)
  • Understanding of international cuisine, premium ingredients and dietary requirements, including allergens
  • Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, situational awareness and the ability to anticipate passenger needs without intrusion
  • Absolute discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Flexibility to operate within a dynamic international flight schedule on a rotational basis
  • Legal right to work in the country of employment and the ability to hold the travel documents required for international operations
