About the Role
Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of Key Accounts, the Key Account Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of UHNWIs. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships while proactively offering solutions that enhance and elevate the overall customer experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as their primary strategic partner and advocate within the organization.
- Develop a deep, proactive understanding of each client’s operational needs, preferences, and long-term objectives to anticipate requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and consistently proposing value-added, client-centric solutions aligned with their goals.
- Ensure seamless, timely, and high-quality delivery of all services and information, maintaining exceptional standards of responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across all touchpoints.
- Take full ownership of issue resolution, managing challenges with urgency, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset to protect and enhance the client experience.
- Contribute directly to revenue generation by nurturing relationships that lead to repeat business, upselling opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee and coordinate client schedules, flight preparation, and all associated service requests, ensuring flawless execution and mission readiness. Proactively drive alignment between the OPS and Flight Care teams by clearly defining objectives, priorities, and structure, ensuring a seamless, unified approach to managing each client and their schedule to the highest service standards.
- Maintain comprehensive oversight and reporting of operational and administrative aspects, including accounting, finance, maintenance, charter sales, and HR coordination.
- Continuously identify and implement cost-effective and efficiency-driven solutions without compromising service quality.
- Demonstrate a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong “make it happen” attitude, consistently going beyond expectations to deliver outstanding results.
Requirements
- Experience in business aviation.
- Experience in dispatch, maintenance, finance is preferable.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred.
- English language proficiency is a must..
