About the Role
Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of Key Accounts and Strategic Initiatives, the incumbent will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of private aviation clients, ensuring mission-readiness of assigned client’s operations to the highest standards of service. Additionally, you will be responsible for expanding upon existing relationships through proactively offering solutions that enhance and improve the customer experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct services and information are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues faced by customers.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Follow up on client’s schedules, flight preparation and related services requested by the clients.
Have a full oversight of all administrative aspects of operations, including accounting, finance, maintenance, charter sales, HR.
Propose cost effective and cost saving solutions.
Think outside of the box and ‘make it happen’ approach.
Requirements
Experience in business aviation.
Experience in dispatch, maintenance, finance is preferable.
Multilingual candidates are preferred.
English language proficiency is a must.
