Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assisting senior sales representatives with lead generation, market research, and client prospecting activities.
• Conducting research on potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities.
• Preparing sales presentations, proposals, contracts and client itineraries.

Customer Service:

• Providing excellent customer service to potential and existing clients, answering inquiries and addressing their needs.

Market Research:

• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the private aviation sector.
• Identifying and researching potential new markets and client segments.

Administrative Support:

• Maintaining accurate sales records, updating databases, and managing sales-related documentation.

Professional Development:

• Actively participating in industry events, conferences, and training programs to enhance knowledge of the private aviation industry and develop essential charter sales skills.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A strong interest in the private aviation industry and a passion for charter sales
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
