The role:

• Work in close cooperation with Crew Control and OPS departments of Employer to organize crew movements in support of aircraft operations.

• Using Company’s travel booking system and planning software.

• Finding optimal travel solutions to offer internal & corporate customers of the Employer an enhanced experience with the best travel arrangement.

• Processing flight & train tickets, hotel and rental car bookings, changes and refunds.

• Processing all the related documentation and keeping Company’s planning system up to date with crew movements.

• Selling and planning outgoing travel services, coordinating private transfers, accommodation and travel insurance as required for corporate clients.

• Cooperating with corporate clients to determine their needs and advising them available travel dates, costs and rate rules (including cancellation, refund and change policy).

• Keeping clients and crew members up to date with any changes to their flights/bookings and advising them on all travel requirements e.g. Visas, passports.

• Ability to deal with occurring schedule changes, processing of ticket refunds, exchanges and cancellations.

• Processing payments and registering transactions in Employer’s accounting system.

• Maintain correct relations with clients and co-workers.

• Carry out duties in accordance with accepted standards and regulations.

• Respecting and implementing regulations and measures in regard to health and safety at work as well as fire safety.

• Available to work on shift basis.
